Job Summary: The Branch Credit Officer will be responsible for total branch performance in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicants for the Branch Credit Officer jobs should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Ability to resolve customer related issues/complaints in a timely/professional way.
  • Proven sales skills, by demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales goals.
  • Also, the incumbent should have skills to do secretarial and administrative work.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Past exposure and experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
