Judith Heard will be representing Uganda in the miss elite international beauty pageant competition this year in Cairo, Egypt on December 10, 2020
The competition features top models, singers, actresses, previous miss universes, influencers, and more women from all over the world.
Judith heard will compete with 31 other contestants representing different countries including Morocco, Kenya, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Sweden, Finland, Greece, India, Colombia, Lebanon, and many others
This might be the first time in history that a pageant above 28 year runway limit competes with contestants who are still in their 20s.
The competitions will take place in Somabay, a modern town resort at the Red Sea, and Grand finale in Cairo, Egypt.
