Key Duties and Responsibilities:Â
·        The incumbent will support the development and submission of proposals to generate business
·        Author/Co-author thematic publications developed from field experiences
·        Actively participate in marketing activities and participate in Digital media dialogues
·        Take part in business execution assignments and briefing meetings
·        Responsible for report writing and data analysis
·        Participate in staff development activities geared and knowledge management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Â
·        The ideal candidate should preferably hold a bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field
·        At least two to five years’ experience within the financial sector.
·        Possess a strong desire to build a career in Inclusive Finance & Banking.
·        Possess the ability to deliver technical assistance programs
·        Ability to lead small assignments under supervision
·        Skilled in building client relationships and contributing to business development
·        Keen attention to detail
·        A strong field orientation
·        Excellent interpersonal skills
·        Good spoken and written English
·        Computer literacy i.e. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
·        Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
