Batao east one dance to showcase at Lohana academy Kololo

Batalo East One is a dance showcase and competition unlike anything Uganda has ever seen. This international dance event challenges participants to fuse traditional and urban rhythms to 6 different categories – including hip hop, Afro house, top rock and a team all styles battle and showcases the best of Afro house, breaking and fusion! From Lady C (Canada), TMS, Tabu Flo Dance Crew, Tiny Free among others dance judges include Abramz Tekya, Lady C, Abdul “Abdanger” Kinyenya, and Amina “Ndere” Namakula. The event will be hosted by Sylvester Kabombo, Jora MC and Lilian Nabaggala.

Just in time for the holiday season, an urban market gives you access to funky new clothing styles and urban street art momentos to send you into 2014 in style.

Dete 7 December, and from 3 PM on 8 December – we stay until we have a winner, so come and show your support! Entrance fee is 5,000 UGX for kids/students with ID and 10,000 UGX for adults.
