Swift Investments LLC is a company with interests in real estate and other commercial business enterprises. This company is currently seeking to recruit people to fill the following positions.
1. Job Title: Civil Engineer – 1No.
We are currently recruiting for the position of a Civil Engineer for the company. The person to fill this position should be a hands on person, self-motivated and with a strong sense of responsibility..
Key duties and responsibilities
a) Project Supervision from start to finish including quality control, ensuring that all works are done as per required standards and completed within time and cost.
b) Managing labor force for entire project including skilled technicians, porters and sub-contractors.
c) Design of new structures as per acceptable engineering standards.
Qualifications and skills
a) HND / BSC in Civil Engineering Degree or its equivalent
b) Experience in the use of AutoCAD and / or ArchiCAD
c) At least 3 years’ experience in work of similar nature
d) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
e) Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
f) Age: 22 – 28 Years
