It seems like the Jinja YMCA is understaffed. On several occasions I’ve tried to pick up some literature and to ask questions, but there is no one except students to tend to me. To make it simple, you can have brochures on a desk to show the different programs offered, fees structures, term start dates, and application forms. To me that seems more efficient than wasting my time.
