The academic registrar, Gulu university informs all those students who successfully completed their studies that the ninth graduation ceremony will he held on 26^th October, 2013 at the university main campus.

Graduation requirements

• Graduation fees        50,000/=
• Convocation fee       10,000/=
• Transcript fee            10,000/=
• Certificate fee            10,000/=

Payments should be made to centenary Bank not later than 1^st October.

Graduands will provide their own gowns. Samples of the gowns can be viewed from the academic registrars office, Gulu university.

Invitation cards and others graduation materials will be issued to graduands from 14^th to 19^th October 2013.

Graduands should submit the most recent coloured passport-size photograph showing both ears and taken from the shoulders to the transcript office.
