Preparations to mark 25years at the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) are in high gear. The University will on 10th February celebrate 25 years of existence under the theme “Celebrating 25 years of Academic Excellence and Community Service”.

The celebrations started on 4th February, 2013 with an anniversary procession in Mbale town followed by other community activities which include Tree planting, cleaning, Blood donation, Public lectures, sports activities and conferences at the various IUIU campuses.

The institution is doing this as way of giving back to the community that has supported them.
