IUIU passes out 1856 at the 20th graduation

Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) has today 16th March awarded 1856 students degrees, diplomas and certificates in different academic disciplines. The 20^th graduation ceremony was presided over by the university Chancellor at the main campus premises in Mbale.

Out of 1856 graduands,834 were female while 1022 were male. 139 were awarded masters.

The ceremony was graced by the attendance of senators from Nigeria, the ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Uganda, delegates from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Mufti Mubajje, the vice chancellor of Busoga university,Kirunda Kivejinja, Dons from other institutions among others
