Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The Clerk should hold a Diploma or Degree Certificate
Possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in office computer tools especially Microsoft Excel
Capacity to communicate clearly, present complex matters in a simple way
Ability to work under tight schedule
The applicant should preferably possess a valid driving license and ability to ride a motor cycle
Possess excellent office skills
