The Academic Registrar, of Kyambogo University, invites online applications from Diploma/Certificate Holders Scheme only, to under-listed undergraduate programmes for the 2023/2024 Academic year.
Each applicant should possess at least a Credit or Second Class or equivalent Diploma/Certificate in a relevant field from a recognized Institution plus an Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes (i.e. 5 subjects without a grade 9) (or its equivalent) and an Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least one Principal Pass and Two Subsidiary Passes in the principal subjects obtained at the same sitting (or its equivalent). Please note that the Principal subjects required for admission to Diploma must be passed at the Principal or Subsidiary levels.
A non-refundable application fee of Shs. 50,000/= for Ugandans and East African Nationals and $30 for other International applicants plus the bank charge, must be paid by All Banks connected ACMIS System.
Certified copies of Diploma/Certificate Transcripts (not photocopies of certified copies) from the awarding institutions and Passport size photographs MUST be submitted to the Admissions Division Room 3, after payment of application fees.
NOTE: Only applicants with official Certifi ed Academic Transcripts and Certificates will be considered for admission.
