Makerere university graduation – 244 to be awarded first class degrees

A breakdown of Makerere university graduation list:

Makerere university will hold it’s 64th Graduation Ceremony for 4 days. It will start on Tuesday 28th January and end on Friday 31st January, 2014.

Out of over 12, 616 graduates to be passed out next week, a total of 244 students will be awarded first class degrees.

11,103 graduates be awarded Undergraduate degrees,

1,192  Masters Degrees,

51  Doctorates,

213 Undergraduate Diplomas

57 Post Graduate Diplomas.

The respective Graduation Days will be as follows:  

Day 1: Colleges of Health Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Humanities and Social Sciences and Natural Sciences will graduate.

Day 2: Students from the colleges of Business and Management Sciences, and Computing and Information Sciences.

Day 3: Colleges of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, College of Engineering Technology, Art and Design,  College of Education and External Studies, School of Law.

Day 4: The last day is set aside for the graduation of students from Makerere University Business School.
