Zenka Finance appeared on the market in 2018 as a modern company from the FinTech sector. At Zenka Finance, we believe in people and their potential Therefore, by helping in an emergency, we give a chance to return to balance, both psychologically and financially. We have a branch network in the Central and Western part of Uganda Zenka Finance is looking for goal-oriented individuals to sell salary loans to civil servants on the government payroll .

Key Job Purpose
• To acquire sales on behalf of the company
• Conduct market activation to promote Zenka’s products in different companies.
• Sell company products and services to potential clients Complete and prepare documentation necessary to finish the contract
• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods
• Keep updated on product knowledge
• Provide daily and weekly reports to your team leaders

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
• A minimum of 6 months’ experience preferably in a financial institution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be highly self-motivated
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player.
