Vocational education: Uganda Technical College Elgon (UTC Elgon) is a Government Tertiary Institution, located in Eastern Uganda.
The college provides technical education training at Diploma and Certificate level. It is about 14 kms on Mbale – Budadiri Road, at the foot of Mt. Elgon.
