About US: The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) is established as a Statutory Body under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau Act Cap. 210. The Bureau is a key player in commercial, Civil and Intellectual Property Rights Registration that facilitate private sector development and vital statistics for national planning.
Job Summary: The Office Attendant will provide support to all activities of the office deployed to Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Opens and closes office
• Supervises cleaners
• Delivers and receives mails for the office
• Prepares and serves tea to staff
• Stamps the documents as required
• Carries out photocopying as required
• Ensures safety of office equipment
• Perform any other duties assigned by the officers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The ideal applicant should at least hold a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (A’ Level)
• Effective written and oral communication skills in the English language
