• The applicants for the Administrative Assistant job placement should hold at least Diplomas in secretarial studies/ Library and archive management
• One year of experience in administrative or secretarial work
• ICT is an added advantage
• Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel
