Ndejje University is a private, multi-campus, Christian university in Uganda, the third-largest economy in the East African Community. Ndejje Universitywas established in 1992 under the Name and Style of “The Christian Universityof East Africa” under the pioneer-ship and ownership of Professor Reverend Doctor Sams Kironde Kigozi.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The Public Relations Officer will be the Official Spokesperson of the University
Actively monitor and ensure best practices in the University
In charge of developing a databank for external stakeholders of the University.
Monitor and Manage the University’s media coverage and relations.
In charge of ensuring and maintaining the academic institution’simage and identity
Write press releases and organize press conferences

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate for Public Relations Officer Vacancy should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related field from a reputable Institution. Possession of a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations or related field from a reputable Institution.
Professional certification in a similar field would be an added advantage.
A minimum of five years relevant working experience in a reputable organization in a similar position.
