Crystal Clear Software Ltd, specializes in the development, marketing, sales, training and support of a micro-finance software product called “Loan Performer.”

Job Summary:  The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategy planning, sales and relationship management, people management, information and reporting

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:                      

• The Sales Manager should preferably hold a Business Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
• At least five years’ experience in marketing and / or micro-finance
• Excellent communication & leadership skills Developing others / Talent Management
• Analytical thinking & ability to work accurately under high pressure within fixed time frames
• Bi-lingual; English & French, oral & written will be added advantage
