Justice James Ogoola

As Nkumba University prepares to hold the 18th Graduation ceremony on Saturday 31st October 2015, the university is also set to hold a commencement lecture on Wednesday 28th, October 2015.

According to Mr. Bernard Eceru, the Public Relations Officer at Nkumba University, the 16th Commencement Lecture will be presented by Justice James Ogoola.

Ogoola who is the Chairman Judicial Service Commission (JSC) will present the lecture under the topic; Balancing Rights and Obligations in and after University“.

It will be held at Nkumba University main campus in Entebbe.

Given the above topic, it’s with no doubt that Justice James Ogoola’s lecture at Nkumba University will not only be an educative one but also worth for the graduates given the unemployment challenges being faced by many after leaving university. The Campus Times will thus keep you updated.
