Instead the 34-year-old drew attention to her changing shape as she hit the shops wearing a figure-hugging outfit. Kim’s ensemble included a grey high-waisted skirt matched with a white top.The raven-haired beauty teamed the elastic threads with a khaki green coat, which she kept unbuttoned for the outing.

In a daring move, the mum-of-one finished off her look by shunning comfort in place of inch-adding stilettos as she mooched around Barneys New York. Kim is obviously hoping to maintain her distinctive style as her pregnancy enters its third trimester.

Mrs Kanye West has made a name for herself by wearing tight clothing, often with the intention of flaunting her ample derriere.

However over the next few months it looks like Kim is going to be baby bump central as she continues to squeeze into her renowned wardrobe.

The pregnant star has reportedly locked in a name for her baby, who she’s already revealed is a boy. According to insiders, Kim and Kanye have decided on the name Easton.

A family friend told Mail Online: “Easton is the chosen name. It’s confirmed that the baby boy will be called Easton.”
