Salim Papa former guild president Makerere University (MAK) for the year 2017/2018 has today 30th of October witnessed the angry within his fellow students after setting fire on his properties.
Students accused Salim papa of being among the people who spearheaded the implement of 15% tuition increment that was passed by the university council last year during his leadership.
Properties included, sofa sets, a flat screen, home theatre, and his academic papers were all burnt outside Nsibirwa Hall of residence and the room was left upside down.
