Master of Animation and Visualisation Full Scholarship for International Students, Australia 2018

The University of Technology Sydney is delighted to offer full scholarship opportunity which targets the next generation of smart creatives to pursue Master of Animation and Visualisation. Domestic as well as international students are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.

The University of Technology Sydney is a public university in Sydney, Australia. The university was founded in its current form in 1988, although its origins trace back to the 1870s. It is part of the Australian Technology Network of universities.

Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

Course Level: Scholarship is available to pursue Master degree program.

Study Subject: Scholarship is awarded for Master of Animation and Visualisation.

Scholarship Award: The scholarship will cover the tuition fees of the successful applicant for the 2018 course.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

To be considered for this program, applicants need to be able to demonstrate proficiency or prior industry experience in digital image creation/computer graphics or coding for design, animation and/or visualization. Examples include animation, visual FX, coding, game design/development, tool building (software development, engineering), asset creation (modelling, rigging, surfacing), story, concept art, production design, cinematography, editing, motion graphics or similar.

Nationality: Domestic, as well as international students, is eligible to apply for this scholarship program.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have their previous degree.

English Language Requirements: The English proficiency requirement for international students or local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0; or TOEFL: paper based: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet based: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21; or AE5: Pass; or PTE: 58-64; or CAE: 176-184.

How to Apply: Applicants will need to submit their academic qualifications, professional qualifications, CV, a personal statement, and a digital portfolio or documented experience in programming for digital production. Applicants who meet the academic and additional requirements may be invited for interviews as part of the selection process.
