Meet Micheal Ross Kakooza who upgraded from a dancing wizard to a musician

When  it  comes   to  RnB  in Uganda, very  few  names  come  to our  minds   and  at  the  peak  of  these  are  names  like Michael Ross.  He  started  out   from  dancing  to Usher , Ginuwine  music  and  then  to  miming   later  to  writing  his  own  music.

Qn. Who is   Micheal   Ross   Kakooza ?

Ans.   Ross is an  RNB Artist, Model  and  Dancer.  Born from Makindye   in   a family    of  14  with   4 boys  and 10 girls.  He  started  his  nursery school  from  Molly  and  Paul  school  and  then  to  Bat Valley  Primary and  later  St Augustine High School  for  O’level  and  Makerere  College  for  A’ level.  And in   2002, he  was   admitted   in  Makerere  University  for  a  ‘course  unit’  he  has  never  accomplished  till today .

Qn. What  went  wrong?

Ans.  I  kicked   books  a side  to   concentrate  on  my  music  career.

Qn.  How   did  your  parents  feel  about  it  ?

Ans. They   felt   pissed-off   but   later   accepted   and   swallowed   the pain.

Qn. Tell   us   about   your   first   hit?

Ans.  My   first  biggest   hit  was   ‘Senorita’    then  followed   by   ‘You’re the  one’ and  ‘How do you love  some body’. And   since then, he  has  not  looked back.

Qn. Are   you   married?

Ans. Oh No! 

Qn.   Anything  new – music   for   your   fans  out  there?

Ans. I  have  ‘gat’  a  new  musical   album  debut  ‘unstoppable’   coming  out  soon.

Qn.  Any   word   for   your   fans ?

Ans. Thanks   for  the  love and   support    they  have   showed   me  for   the  last 10yrs.
