Muni University to hold 1st Graduation Ceremony on 4th November 2017

Muni University will hold the 1st graduation ceremony for the Conferment of Degrees will be held on Saturday 4th November 2017, at Muni University Campus, in Arua District.

The academic registrar, Mr. Felix A. Opio Okello notes that graduands are required to successfully clear with different Academic and Administrative Units/Departments accordingly. Students are advised to pick copies of the Clearance Forms from the Office of the Academic Registrar.

2.     Graduation (Completion) Fees: Graduands shall be required to pay Graduation (completion) fees as follows: Graduation Shs. 40,000, Transcript: Shs. 20,000, Certificate: Shs. 20,000 and Convocation: Shs. 20,000, and Academic Document Certification fee: Shs. 3,000 per copy. (Graduation Gown: to be communicated). All payments MUST be made in Stanbic Bank in favour of Muni University Fees Collection A/C No: 9030009220525. 

3.     Registration for Graduation: Upon completion of clearance with various offices, and payment of applicable graduation fees, Graduands are REQUIRED to register for graduation with the Office of the Academic Registrar NOT LATER THAN 20th October 2017. 

4.     Collection of Graduation Items: Graduands shall collect Invitation Cards, Graduation books and Gowns from the Office of the Academic Registrar; effective from Monday 23rd October 2017 to 31st October 2017. Note that, each Graduand is allowed one Invitation card for two of his/her selected Guests only.

5.     Prohibited items (at the Ceremony): The following are prohibited; Cellular (mobile) Phones, Alcohol, Dangerous weapons, Canned food and drinks, Cameras (video and still cameras), Pocket radio, Firearms, Large bags, Cells/batteries and chemicals, Bottled drinks.

Issuance of Degree Transcripts and Certificates: Transcripts and Certificates shall be issued on the day of Graduation. For purpose of processing Academic Transcripts, all students are required to submit/take new photograph of their current likeness, by 10th October 2017.

NOTE: Students who will not have completed payment of applicable fees will not be presented for graduation.
