Premier League Announce Nominees for Player of the Month Award for February 2023
The English Premier League have confirmed the nominees for the player of the month for February 2023.
The body made the announcement on its official website on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023. Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford was part of the nominated players, the Englishman will be looking to win the award for the third time this season following his impressive run for the Red Devils.
Super Eagles and Leicester City’s Kelechi Iheanacho is part of the dark horses that was nominated for the award. The Nigerian scored two goals and three assists in the games against Wolves and Tottenham Hotspur.
However, other players on the list include Bernd Leno ( Fulham), Emerson Royal ( Tottenham), Manor Solomon ( Fulham), and Ollie Watkins ( Aston Villa).
