JOB DETAILS: 
Job Description Summary
As a member of our project management team, you will ensure that the Electrical team provides consistent, high-quality, cost-effective, and timely deliverables and products for various projects.
This position reports to the Managing Director of TASS and is based in our office in Kampala, Uganda. This position will require occasional site visits. .

What we expect from you
• To Act as a subject matter expert regarding electrical engineering activities.
• Lead or participates in project meetings and conference calls.
• Preparation of monthly reports to the Project Consultant/ Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers.
• Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time.
• Interprets plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction for this project.
• Negotiate and resolve all clients’ concerns.
• Serve as an interface between the Electrical Engineering team and internal clients, including the Construction, Operations, Environmental, and Health & Safety.
• Coordinates through supervision, project construction with Site Construction Managers to resolve critical and time-sensitive construction-related/ electrical issues.
• Set clear goals and expectations to foreman.
• To be results driven.
• Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
• To be accountable to yourself and your co-workers.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical engineering degree)
• 5 years successful electrical Project Management experience (added advantage for training/ experience in Renewable)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• ERA installation permits
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
