Job Title:  Raw Materials Clerk (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary:  Asa Raw Materials Clerk, you will report directly to the Inventory Team leader. The incumbent will assist the Inventory Team Leader in the receiving, Issuing of all Materials from Stores and all reconciliation thereafter in accordance with requirements of the Department

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurate raw materials Issuance and reconciliation
• Materials requisition based on departmental need
• Material aging reporting to minimize waste/ obsolete materials
• All Material stores to be kept neat and 5s applied
• Prepare documents for daily stock count
• Prepare a conciliation sheet to compare with stock and production
• Escalate any hazardous/risky situations to his/her immediate supervisor.
• Plan and deploy temporary employees according to demand in the department

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of Procurement/Supply Chain /Finance /Engineering.
• Two years of procurement experience in operational procurement/stores management roles within an FMCG environment
