About us Royikems Industries Ltd (RIL) is a Ugandan reputed company which started its journey in 2013. RIL is engaged in manufacturing and exporting a comprehensive range of Products including Mattresses (Under brand ROSE FOAM) and disposable Paper Plates and Paper Cups (under brand FIVE STAR PLASTICS) in Uganda and Africa at large. We have earned reputation to maintain a well defined quality control policy as per international standards of manufacturing It is located on Block 172 plot 282 Mbalala Industrial Area, Mukono along Jinja Road.

Job Responsibilities:
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets and facilitate the ongoing training of your sales people.
• Coordinating and oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a bias in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in marketing of more than 3 years from a recognized institution preferably corporate setting.
• Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
• Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity and ethics
• Knowledge Customer experience and people skills

Job Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree

Job Experience Requirements: 3 years
