The Vice Guild President of Nkumba University recently amused students when she could not control her happiness after appearing in one of the local tabloids for the first time.
Grace Obalimu started by calling residents at her home village to find out whether they had read about her in the newspapers.
“If Grace herself had never bought a newspaper, one wonders if the villagers she called really know the value of buying one”, a student said.
The Campus Times revealed that it was Grace’s first time to buy a newspaper, and this was after getting the news that she had appeared.
She then resorted to calling her friends at campus informing them of the unbelievable incident to her; of appearing in a newspaper. Anyway, Kudos Ms Grace for the development
