Can. Soitta Patrick Wandyetye is part of the 296 to graduate at UCU Mbale University College on Friday 27th July 2018.
Can. Soitta is aged 70 years.
He will be graduating with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management.
He sat his A- level before the breakup of the East African Community in 1977.
His success embodies hope, perseverance and determination, “I did it to set an example to my children and grandchildren,” he said.
“It was always important to me to get a master’s degree”.
Can. Wandyetye is one of the oldest graduates in the history of the UCU Mbale University College which he joined in 2014 having completed Bachelors in Democracy and Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University.
He has not ruled out pursuing a PhD, “why not?”, he said.
