6th Handover ceremony of guild president Victoria University.

The Jinja road based university in Kampala, Victoria University went on to handover the guild leadership to the new guild president 2023.

This was after the guild elections that took place on 12th and 13th of January 2023 were the guild contestant Carter Jorine Karyn merged the winner in the race with 914 votes making 47.5%. This contestant came with a mission of limitless possibilities.

Yesterday 23rd of January the former guild president of Victoria university Mitchell Kirabo and her ruling students body handed over the office to the current guild Carter Jorine Karyn.

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, concerned citizens can change world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has.

Just after the handover, the new guild promised to ensure good service to the whole students body at large.

This event was attended by the guild president of Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Bruno Kamoga, St. Lawrence University (SLAU) Elijah Mutabazi guild and the Uganda Christian University (UCU) guild Timothy Ddumba.
