- Perform routine check-up and maintenance on customer database
- Make phone calls to clients in a polite way
- Pick up calls and receive messages
- Daily record, and summarize the work done every day and report to management team
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have relevant qualifications
- Good at using smartphone.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
