Job Summary: Carlcare Service Limited is looking for a FAE Technician to resolve quality problems and offer technical support to the issues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis and repair transsion phones
- Achieve/Meet set analysis targets
- Excellent analysis quality to avoid wrong judgment
- Correct diagnosis of problems
- Solutions offered to problems
- Excellent analysis the datum performance of repair pick-up phones
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma or Degree level in IT, Engineering, Telecommunication or Computer Science with skills in PCBA and phone repairs
- At least two years of experience in mobile phone repair and analysis
- Be good at computer and office software operation,
- Fluent in English as work language
- Ability to communicate smoothly
- Smart clever and resourceful FAE technician
- Age: 30~38 years
- Gender: Male;
