Job Title: Analyst, Customer Care and Billing Support

Job Summary: The Customer Care and Billing Support Analyst will assist in the maintenance of customer care and billing systems to ensure the billing system captures accurate billing information and the customer care system processes run appropriately.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist to monitor the performance and operation of the post-paid billing system to ensure constant system availability and perform routine and ad hoc maintenance activities.
  • Assist to administer user security/ access on the post paid billing system.
  • Assist to maintain and update post paid database on a regular basis e.g. update new post paid customers or new tariff plans on the data base
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of data contained in the database
  • Assist to identify all faults on the customer care and billing systems.
  • Offer technical support in the verification of customer care and billing system problems and provide necessary support to User Support team in fault resolution.
  • Assist to investigate and resolve complaints/ requests relating to post paid billing.
  • Assist to administer the customer care and billing system :
  • Maintain the Customer Administration Manager (CAM) module
  • Review other customer care and billing system modules such as the Bill Cycle Manager (BCM), Rate Administration Manager (RAM) and Security Administration Manager (SAM) etc.
  • Provide support in the implementation of new post-paid billing applications and upgrade of existing systems.
  • Work closely with relevant unit/ team/function in carrying out all relevant activities.
  • Attend team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.
  • Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Billing Solutions Support.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Billing Solutions Support.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • All candidates should hold a good first degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
