Here is the full list of expired courses in Ugandan universities published by the National Council for Higher Education
The National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) has faced public backlash in recent days following a story in which a Makerere University graduate’s academic documents were rejected at a University in England due to holding a degree from an ‘expired’ course from Uganda’s premier institution

According to NCHE, when accreditation expires, the program must be re-evaluated to determine whether the key characteristics for which accreditation was obtained are still in place. If not, the program is regarded out of date (expired).
This simply indicates that there was no accreditation-renewal of the course in issue at Makerere, for which the graduate’s academic documents were denied in England due to a ‘expired degree’.
