Job Title: Human Resource Advisor, Recruitment and Training

The Mukwano Group of Companies is the leading manufacturer of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in the Great Lakes region, producing a wide range of market leader brands in soaps, edible cooking oils and fats, detergents, beverages, personal care products and plastics.

Job Summary:  The incumbent will be responsible for managing the recruitment, performance appraisal, training and development functions of the Group.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidate should be graduates with degrees in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology; Management Studies, Social Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration and other related disciplines. Also, hold post graduate diploma or Masters in Human Resource Management
• At least four years’ working experience in a similar role in a large Manufacturing Company and knowledge of existing labour laws and attitudinal/employee engagement survey.
