Makerere University Directorate of Research and Graduate Training (DRGT)is set to welcome graduate students admitted for the academic year 2019/2020.

The ceremony will take place on 23rd August this Friday at Big Lab 2, Level 2, Block B, College of Computing and Information Sciences (CoCIS) from 2:00 to 5:00pm.

The orientation exercise will be guided under the theme “Graduate Training Support Services for Successful Completion”.

According to the statement on Makerere University website, the orientation exercise will cover;

  1. Graduate Academic Processes, Regulations and Policies
  2. Library Facilities
  3. Financial Matters
  4. Psychosocial Support Services
  5. International Students’ Support
  6. ICT-Driven Research and Innovation
  7. Graduate Student Guild Leadership.
