The schedule for Makerere University Graduation ceremony for January 2019 has been released. According to information from the Office of the academic registrar, the graduation will take place from 15-18 January 2019.
Students are encouraged to clear with the relevant offices in time because only those who shall have fulfilled all the necessary requirements will graduate.
Some of the requirements include:
All students must ensure that they don’t have tuition balance.
All students should register all their semesters online with Makerere University.
Students should clear with their departments and the university by filling in clearance forms provided by their departments at various photocopies.
These forms will include other departments like university hospital,Hall of residence,university police and others.
A student should confirm the availability of his or her marks with the faculty registrar by acquiring testimonials.
All students who missed the January 2018 graduation should confirm their names on the list as soon as possible.
