The office of the academic registrar Busitema University has released the admission list for the academic year 2013/14.

Busitema University is one of the public universities in uganda.

Busitema University Academic calender for 2013/2014
ORIENTATION:
1 WEEK MONDAY, 12th to SUNDAY 18th AUGUST, 2013
SEMESTER I:
17 WEEKS MONDAY, 19th AUGUST to FRIDAY 13thDECEMBER, 2013
SEMESTER II:
17 WEEKS MONDAY, 20th JANUARY to FRIDAY 16th MAY, 2014
RECESS TERM:
10 WEEKS MONDAY, 19th MAY to FRIDAY 25th JULY, 2014
NOTES:

  1. Each semester is 17 weeks (15 weeks of instruction and 2 weeks of examinations)
  2. Recess term is for 10 weeks for industrial training and school practice, where applicable.
  3. Continuing students will report for semester I 2013/2014 Academic year on Sunday 18th August, 2013 and lectures will begin on Monday 19th August, 2013
  4. Registration of continuing students will begin immediately on Monday 19th August, 2013 and will last for two weeks only

Philimon Badagawa.
Philimon Badagawa is a multimedia journalist with skills in news gathering, packaging, editing and online publishing. He has knowledge in data visualization, can design and manage websites. He previously worked as a journalist with Observer media and authored several articles and stories. He does research, video & audio recording, editing and production for online publication. He Participated in The New Dawn photography campaign aimed at rebranding Northern Uganda-USAID/NUTI Project (2010). Philimon is in love with photography, writing, reading, sharing new ideas and interacting with reasonable people for skills development.
