The company is a leading manufacturer of roofing sheets and allied products with branches in Kampala, Arua and Tororo.

Job Summary:  The Customer Service Executive will be tasked with selling existing products, identify and follow up on sales leads, improve on the market sales, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with both new and old clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least two years of Customer care experience in Manufacturing, telecom or FMCG
  • Demonstrated passion for sales.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and statistical data packages like Excel
  • Proficiency in local languages within the business area.
  • Demonstrated coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in building/construction sector or relevant experience gained in any commercial area involving product selling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to all customers.
