Antonio Conte’s system of preseason training sent confusion in the Tottenham team on Monday, as Harry Kane was caught vomiting, while Son Heung-min collapsed on the pitch.

Different European top sites report that the results of the drillings were devastating as the top stars found themselves in different unusual conditions.

Conte is known for running his players into the ground, particularly in pre-season, and Kane and his teammates are beginning to find that difficult.

Tottenham are in South Korea for a pre-season tour and the players were forced to undergo a gruelling training session before the former Chelsea boss ordered them to run the length of the field up to 42 times.

And after a while, Kane could be seen on his knees vomiting; Son simply collapsed to the ground from exhaustion.

That was the scene amongst most of the players, who fell to the ground in a heap after their intense session.

Conte, who guided Inter Milan to the Serie A title last season, is seen as the man who can finally bring some silverware to Spurs.
