Walunga Yusuf was on Saturday 29th February 2020 evening declared winner of Islamic University In Uganda (IUIU) guild elections 2020-2021,main campus, Mbale.
Yusuf is a second-year student who is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the main campus.
Walunga was declared new guild president after gaining the highest number of votes 1277(68.4%) followed by his opponent, Mohamed Aziz who got 589(31.6%).
The voting process began on Saturday 29th February 2020 early in the morning at 9 am and ended at 6 pm.
