Actis is a leading investor in the emerging markets, managing over US$4.8bn worth of investment on behalf of more than 100 institutional investors, including the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC), a UK Government owned company.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with HRBPs/managers to discuss needs.
- Coordinate the internal staff vacancies Advertisement process.
- Ensure consistency in process including establishment of interview panels, collection of forms, check and maintenance of documentation and references.
- Direct the process of Collecting and screening resumes, select potential candidates and provide short list of approved candidates to Supervisors for interview.
- Interview applicants for middle management administrative positions, complete assessments and technical tests and make recommendations to Supervisor about employee appointments.
- The Specialist will develop assessment centers, test questions, case studies and rating standards within established selection procedures.
- The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Specialist should exhibit in-depth knowledge, skills, and experience in various assessment options, Recruiting and Interviewing Skills.
- Possess a basic Human Resource Degree or related discipline is desired.
