Leicester City owner and Chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha has been finally confirmed dead after several days of doubts about his life.

Srivaddhanaprabha died in a helicopter that crashed outside the stadium, according to reports by the club.

The owner has been thanked by his fellow native in Thailand and United Kingdom for the work done probably during the 2016-17 Premier League success.

Other victims on board were pilot Eric Swaffer, Izabela Lechowicz, a pilot, Vichai’s two staff members, Nursara Suknamai and Kaveporn Punpare.

Thailand Football Association also released a statement in grieve over the sad news of the death of Srivaddhanaprabha.

Thailand’s national women’s football team Nualphan Lamsam also sent a statement consoling the family of Vichai’s family.

Leicester City players such as Jamie Vardy, Kaspar Schmeichel and Shinji Okazaki send their sorrow messages.
