The King of Mwooyo has had quite a good year in his musical journey. We’ve seen the Uganda artist rub shoulders with US RnB Sensation Ne-Yo and campus Times can happily inform you that Maurice will be traveling this month to Kigali for the annual Peace Day come 21 September.
He has also featured as part of the team that composed the Peace Anthem,which will be launched this September 2015
The Peace Day aims at informing and inspiring thousands of young people from Rwanda and the region to become the driving force behind the vision of a united and sustainable world.
He has launched a clothing line dubbed Maurice Kirya Hoodies that has already hit the market.
“Kigali!!!! I am coming to entertain you this September !! But I also wanna meet my fans and shake hands and give love. I want to talk to each one of you! Can’t wait to meet you all .Ndabakunda cyane,” an estatic Maurice posted.
