Competencies required:
• Proven track record of managing large scale apiary operations including operating own hives, managing out-growers / suppliers, processing of honey and all by products such as propolis, beeswax and bee venom
• Experience and knowledge of buyer requirements, export documentation, export packaging, phytosanitary requirements and export logistics management for export of honey
• A relevant degree and certifications and 8 + years of relevant work experience in a reputed firm
