Job Summary: Oversee the sales, service, and people, operations and business development within the branch, including profits and staff productivity
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive a service culture within the Branch and adherence to the Service standards
- Grow the balance sheet (assets and liabilities) as per set targets
- Drive a sales culture within the branch for all staff by allocating individual sales/campaign targets for the year
- Visit customers to manage relationships and retention while driving sales productivity
- Interpret branch financials and update the team on the Branch’s performance on a monthly basis
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field from a recognized university
- At least three years in managerial or supervisory position
- At least five years of experience in banking
