Job Summary: The Senior Credit officers will be subject to attend a Branch Manager Trainee examination process after three months of joining. Selected Branch Manager Trainee will be given official and field training.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Responsible for Group formation in field/village level
- In charge of Right borrower selection and loan disbursement
- Perform loan appraisal ,disburse Loan and realize
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required and submit On time
- Maintain office discipline and work according to organization rules and regulations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Credit Officer should hold a good Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2nd class upper division in Development Studies, Economics,Commerce, Business Administration or Statistics from a recognized Institution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work with staff
Age: 30 years and below
