- Offer support in marketing analysis research
- In charge of Operational planning
- Responsible for offering outputs in the operational reports
- User Experience Management and Optimization
- Responsible for offering courteous customer support
- Data Statistics and Analysis
- Settlement management
- Responsible for Partner Management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- The ideal candidate should hold a University degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science
- At least two years’ VAS operation experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in communicating with customers will be an advantage.
- Business etiquette, customer orientation, problem solving skill and Customer management skill.
- Excellent communication skill (Verbal and Written)
- Great attitude for self learning.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure.

- Work environment; Office-based with some travelling
