The Guild Vice President of Uganda Christian university, Poulyn Mutoni narrowly survived censorship over  incompetence and alleged misappropriation of guild funds.

The Members of Parliament summoned Poulyn Mutoni last week on 4th October to defend herself or risk being  censured. She availed herself at Midnight.

Kuku Mpagi Hannington, MP Business who moved a motion to censure the Vice President accused Poulyn  of  mismanaging association funds.

30 Associations were meant to receive 140,000/= each but some associations did not get the money.

On voting her out, Poulyn survived being thrown out by two votes.

UCU Guild government led by Phillip Baitwa Mugume is left with less than two months to handover power to the next government to be elected soon.
